Payment terms/start-up time
Prepayment required. Subscription will begin with the first available issue following receipt of payment. Due to printing schedules, receipt of the first issue may take up to two months.
Back issues
Backdated issues may be purchased for $15 per issue, depending on availability. Price includes U.S. shipping costs. Shipping will be calculated and added on for international back issue orders.

Claims
Must be filed within 30 days (U.S.) or 90 days (all other countries) from date of requested issue (no refunds).
