Ecological Risk Assessment

This two-day program provides attendees with a comprehensive overview of regulatory expectations of ecological risk assessments from both federal and state perspectives. Participants will learn to help clients understand how the ecological risk assessment process aids in developing realistic approaches to remediating sites. LSRPs will gain more perspective on the role that ecological risk assessment plays in establishing site clean-up goals.

Village Blue Project Webinar

This webinar will present the Village Blue research project and demonstrate how to access the application and explore the real-time water quality data.

EPA and the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) initiated the Village Blue project to increase public awareness about local water quality in the Baltimore Harbor and the Chesapeake Bay. The water quality monitoring data are displayed on EPA’s Village Blue monitoring application, which shows the data in a mobile- friendly, easy-to-understand format.

Small Systems Funding Webinar

A webinar in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). EPA will discuss the Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund (DWSRF), which was established by the 1996 amendments to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA). USDA will be discussing its Rural Utilities Service Water and Environmental Programs (WEP).
