Join NEHA on September 7th as we hear two different perspectives on cannabis edibles. Hear from a leader in the regulatory space, Kara Cronkhite as she discusses how cannabis facilities are regulated by the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board. She’ll discuss license types, menu approval, packaging, sanitation, enforcement and more, bringing some examples and best practices for our audience. We’ll also be learning from Kara Lavaux, former regulator, now consultant for Allay Consulting about cannabis with regard to food safety. She will walk us through emerging issues such as Delta 8 and Delta 10 and the overall evaluation of the industry including information on processing techniques and equipment used then and now as this industry rapidly evolves.
